Typically, Type F adapters are used with Type B couplers, although, they can also be used with a Type C coupler, Type D coupler or a DC (Dust Cap) that is the same size.

• ● The Brass Type F Male Adapter is a Male Cam and Groove x Male NPT Thread.
• Uses:
• ● Used to install a Male Adapter into a Female Thread.
• ● Used to connect with a Female Coupler of the same size.
• What it connects to:
• ● The adapter portion will connect to a Female Coupler.
• ● The threaded portion will connect to a Female NPT Thread.
• Installation:
• ● Thread the Male NPT portion of this brass pipe fitting into a Female NPT Thread.
• ● Then insert the Type F Adapter into a Female Cam Coupler and close the two cam lever arms.
• ● For a quick disconnect, Open the handles and remove the adapter .
