• What it connects to:

• ● One side of this 4" x 3" Type BR will connect to a 4" Male Camlock.
• ● The other side of this adapter will thread into a 3" Female NPT Thread.

• How the Adapter Works:

• ● To connect, slide the 4" Female portion over a 4" Male Camlock Adapter and then close the Cam arms.
• ● To disconnect, open the Cam Handles and remove Adapter.

• ● 4" Female Cam and Groove Coupler x 3" Male NPT Thread.
• Uses:
• ● Used to reduce the size of the Male Thread of a 4" Type B Female Coupler from 4" down to 3".
• ● Used when increasing or reducing the pipe line size from 3" to 4".
• ● This Adapter Allows a 4" Male Camlock to connect with a 3" Female Thread.
• What it does:
• ● The camlock portion will connect to a 4" Male Adapter.
• ● The threaded portion will connect to a 3" Female NPT Thread.
• Also Known as a:
• ● Cam and Groove Type B Jump Size 4" Coupler x 3" Male NPT.
• ● Type BR Reducer 4" Female Camlock x 3" Male NPT.
• ● 4" x 3" Type BR Camlock Reducer. 
• ● 4" x 3" Reducing Type B.
• Alternate Options:
• ● This part can also be formed by using a 4" Type D, a 4" x 3" Reducing Bushing and a 3" Close Nipple.
• ● A Type B with smaller threads can be made using a 4" Type B, a 4" x 3" Bell Reducer and a 3" Close Nipple.
